Faraz Karbasi is Managing Partner at Conant Capital. Previously, he Co-founded & served as Co-Chief Executive Officer at Aesthetic Partners - a leading medical aesthetics and plastic surgery company that partners with high-end, physician-led, and patient-centric practices, currently operating 30+ clinics in 6+ states. Prior to AP, he held several roles in healthcare investing, consulting and operations. He received a B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from the University of British Columbia, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Courtney brings 15 years of both investing and operating experience as Co-founder and CEO of Aesthetic Partners (AP). She and Faraz started AP as a search fund while completing their MBAs, and have grown the business into one of the largest search-acquired enterprises in existence today. Previously, Courtney worked in private equity at The Carlyle Group investing out of their flagship buyout fund, and at Deutsche Bank. She has specialized in Healthcare her entire career.

Courtney earned her B.S. in Economics from Duke University and her MBA from Harvard Business School. While at Duke, she played on the golf team while competing in several US Opens and LPGA events. Now that she's 'retired' from competition, in her free time she enjoys cycling, skiing, attempting to keep up her golf game, and backpacking through national parks in remote parts of the United States and the world.
